DrayQuote is free for shippers to use. There is no subscription fee and no fee to request or compare quotes. You pay the transportation charges you accept when you book a shipment.

How quickly will I receive a quote?

Eligible Advantage+ AutoRate quotes can be available within minutes. When an automated rate is not available, DrayQuote can also request pricing from additional eligible carriers to provide more opportunities for coverage.

Are quotes itemized?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Where applicable, quotes can include linehaul, fuel, and known accessorial charges so you can understand what is included before selecting a carrier. Charges resulting from shipment conditions that were not included in the original request may be added according to the applicable carrier terms.

Am I required to book after requesting a quote?

No. Requesting and comparing quotes does not obligate you to book a shipment.

Can I receive quotes without creating an account?

A free shipper account is required to submit a quote request and to review, compare, and book carrier options. Create an account, then go to Request a Freight Quote. Guest quoting without an account is not available.

DrayQuote matches shipment requirements with eligible carriers based on factors such as service area, lane coverage, equipment, and available pricing. You remain in control of which available quote you choose.

Yes. When multiple carrier options are available, you can compare pricing and shipment details and select the option that best fits your needs.

What happens if an automated rate is not available?

Your request does not simply stop. DrayQuote can expand the search to additional eligible carrier capacity. When licensed brokerage assistance is required, eligible shipments may be handled by Transportability LLC.

Does DrayQuote verify carriers?

Accepted Answer

DrayQuote reviews participating carriers against FMCSA records, including operating authority, out-of-service status, insurance filings, and available safety snapshots, at quoting and booking. This is not continuous 24/7 safety monitoring, and you should still review the carrier details shown with each quote.

Can I apply for payment terms?

Yes. When you are ready to book a carrier, eligible business customers may choose Apply for Credit Terms. A commercial credit review is performed only when credit terms are requested as part of booking. Requesting or comparing quotes does not trigger a commercial credit report.

No. DrayQuote does not run a commercial credit report simply because you register, request a quote, or compare carrier rates. A commercial credit review is only initiated when required as part of an application for credit terms.

Advantage+ AutoRate allows participating carriers to securely configure their rates, service areas, fuel schedules, and accessorials in DrayQuote. When a shipment matches their operating profile, DrayQuote can generate an itemized quote without waiting for someone to manually build the rate.

Premium combines Advantage+ AutoRate with the tools carriers need to manage freight after they win it, including CRM, dispatch, driver management, TMS workflows, document management, invoicing, accounts receivable, and analytics.

Yes. Free Carrier accounts can join the network, maintain a carrier profile, receive eligible freight opportunities, and submit quotes manually. Premium adds automated quoting and the operating tools needed to manage customers, loads, drivers, and billing.

No. You can start with the capabilities you need and expand your use of DrayQuote over time. Premium is designed to bring quoting, CRM, dispatch, TMS, and billing together for carriers that want to operate from one system.

Yes. DrayQuote Premium includes authenticated API integrations and webhook-based tender workflows. There is no public developer portal, and certified X12 or VAN EDI is not included. Large fleet and custom integration requirements can be evaluated with the DrayQuote team.

Who is Transportability LLC?

DrayQuote LLC operates the technology platform and marketplace. When a shipment requires licensed brokerage services, those services are provided by Transportability LLC. Direct carrier bookings remain with the motor carrier identified in the booking.
