Premium carriers send an itemized rate from their profile. Free carriers can quote manually. If nobody hits, TRANSPORTABILITY LLC works a brokered quote through DrayQuote.
4. Book
The shipper picks a quote, completes documents, and the load moves. Carriers get the work. Shippers get coverage.
