Enter the shipment details through the quote form, upload available shipping information, or use supported assisted intake. DrayQuote organizes the information into a structured shipment request.
Step 2
DrayQuote finds matching capacity
DrayQuote evaluates shipment requirements against participating carriers' service areas, equipment, and available pricing to identify eligible transportation options.
Step 3
Compare clear, actionable quotes
Review available quotes in one place, including itemized pricing and carrier information. Additional carrier coverage can be requested when an automated option is not immediately available.
Step 4
Select your carrier and payment option
Choose the option that works for your shipment. Eligible business customers can apply for credit terms during booking.
Step 5
Move the freight
Booking information, shipment documents, and activity stay connected so the workflow continues beyond the quote.
A free shipper account is required to submit a quote request. Carriers can join free and start a 30-day Premium trial when they are ready for Advantage+ AutoRate, CRM, and TMS.
