DrayQuote LLC ("DrayQuote," "we," "us") operates the website, dashboards, quoting, booking, and related services at https://www.drayquote.com (the "Services"). DrayQuote LLC is a Transportability LLC company.

You provide: name, company name, email, phone, password, MC and DOT numbers, company address (including geocoded coordinates), rate tables, quote and shipment details, messages you send us, and documents you upload for booking or e-sign.

Collected automatically: IP address, approximate location derived from IP (including country, used to restrict access to the United States), browser and device data, pages viewed, referring URL, and standard server logs.

From others: public carrier census and industry list data we import for matching and CRM, payment status from Square, email delivery events from our mail provider, and map/geocode results from Google.

We use information to create and secure accounts, match shippers with carriers, calculate and send quotes, book and track shipments, bill carrier subscriptions and customer invoices, send transactional email (quotes, booking, password reset), prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and improve the Services.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your quote or shipment details to advertise unrelated third-party products.

We share information with the other party to a quote or booking as needed to cover the load (for example, origin, destination, and contact details). We use processors that help us run the platform: Square for payments, Google for maps and geocoding, Resend for email, Supabase for hosting data and authentication, Dropbox Sign for electronic signatures, and similar vendors under contract.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business, with notice where required.

Carrier subscriptions and customer invoices are processed by Square. Card numbers are handled by Square, not stored in full on DrayQuote servers. Square receipts and payment notices show DrayQuote - A Transportability LLC company.

We use cookies and local storage for sign-in sessions, security, and remembering your theme. You can block cookies in your browser; some features (including staying signed in) will not work without them.

We keep account, quote, and shipment records for as long as the account is active and as needed for tax, audit, dispute, and legal holds. We use industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

You can update profile data in your dashboard, unsubscribe from marketing using the link in those emails, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing quotes@drayquote.com. We may retain records we are required to keep.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sharing" for cross-context advertising. We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The Services are for business users age 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

The Services are intended for use in the United States. Access from other countries may be blocked.

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change, and continued use after posting means you accept the updated policy for future use of the Services.
